Supplier purchase order instructions

We are changing our channels for Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations and for Advance Shipping Notice deliveries in June 2025. 

After the change, we will continue delivering Purchase Orders via three channels seen below. 

We continue sending PDF Purchase Orders via email to ALL our suppliers and we are now also introducing a new Supplier Portal with one user login interface for all Kalmar direct and indirect Purchase Orders. We also contInue providing system to system connections to our suppliers, but via different service provider. We have contacted the current system to system connection suppliers directly for the changes and transition.
